Services
Sole Trader:
Step 1: Download and fill out the Business, Revenue & Customs Registration form.
Step 2: Submit the registration form to business@gov.tv
Step 3: Once business registration has been approved, apply for an Operational License to listed emails under the “Obtaining an Operational License in Tuvalu”
Partnership:
Step 1: Download and fill the Business, Revenue & Customs Registration Form.
Step 2: Submit registration together with the Partnership Agreement (signed by all partners) to business@gov.tv
Step 3: Once business registration has been approved, apply for an Operational License to listed emails under the “Obtaining an Operational License in Tuvalu”
Company:
Step 1: Download and fill the Business, Revenue & Customs Registration Form., Form 1 (Application for Incorporation of a Company), and Form 2 ( Consent of Director(s) – the number of consent forms submitted should equal the number of Directors).
Step 2: Pay the $100 registration fee at the Government of Tuvalu’s Cashier.
Step 3: Compile the required supporting documents, Company Model Rules.
Step 4: Submit registration form together with the Company Model Rules and proof of payment of registration fee to business@gov.tv
Step 5: Once business registration has been approved, apply for an Operational License to the listed emails under the “Obtaining an Operational License in Tuvalu”
Form 2 Consent of Director: the number of consent forms submitted should equal the number of Directors in the company.
- Sole Trader – To register a Sole-Trading (1 business owner) business, submit “this” to business@gov.tv
- Partnership – To register a Partnership (2-25 owners) business, submit “this” to business@gov.tv
- Company – To register and incorporate a Company under the Companies Act 2008. Submit “this”, “this”, and “this” to business@gov.tv
- Foreign Companies – If you are not a Tuvaluan Citizen or your business is based outside of Tuvalu, please contact business@gov.tv for more details to register a business in Tuvalu.
Every registered business in Tuvalu, must obtain an operational license under the provisions of the Licenses Act 2008. The operational license is dependent on location of the business.
